MilkWise works directly with your insurance company and will take care of the billing and paperwork. MilkWise covers FREE visits for some PPO plans.

If your insurance plan is not contracted with us, don't worry! A detailed Superbill (an itemized receipt) will be provided at the end of your session for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
There is a $75 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time.
