The Lactation Network works directly with your insurance company and will take care of the billing and paperwork. TLN covers FREE visits for MOST PPO plans through Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna (Wildflower), Humana, and MultiPlan.
*Please note there is an out of pocket $150 travel fee with insurance coverage for home visits.
If you have insurance coverage through Aetna, please email hello@ashleyshapirolactation.com include your first and last name, address, date of birth, and pictures of the front and back of your insurance card.

If your insurance company does not work with the Lactation Network or Wildflower, a Superbill will be provided to you at the end of the session for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
There is a $75 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time.
