How to get free lactation visits through your insurance.

• The Lactation Network works directly with your insurance company! They will take care of the paperwork and billing to get you FREE lactation visits.  
• TLN covers some PPO plans. 
• Fill out the form under "Check my coverage" to verify eligibility.  Please have your insurance card ready.
• Cigna PPO and HMO apply through the Wildflower link below

If you have insurance coverage through Aetna, please email hello@ashleyshapirolactation.com include your first and last name, address, date of birth, and pictures of the front and back of your insurance card.

If your insurance plan is not contracted with us, don't worry!  A detailed Superbill (an itemized receipt) will be provided at the end of your session for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note there is an out of pocket $150 travel fee with insurance coverage for home visits.
