Verify Eligibility for 100% Covered Lactation Services
- The Lactation Network works directly with your insurance company! They will take care of the paperwork and billing to get you SIX FREE lactation visits.
- TLN covers MOST PPO plans through Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United, and MultiPlan.
- Fill out the form under "Check my coverage" to verify eligibility. Please have your insurance card ready.
Aetna Insurance Coverage
If you have insurance coverage through Aetna, please email hello@ashleyshapirolactation.com include your first and last name, address, date of birth, and pictures of the front and back of your insurance card.

Not covered by The Lactation Network?
If your insurance company does not work with the Lactation Network, a Superbill will be provided to you at the end of the session for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Travel fee with Insurance Coverage
Please note there is an out of pocket $175 travel fee with insurance coverage for home visits.
