No two families are the same, and each baby is different; for this reason your consultation will be personalized to fulfill your specific needs and goals. Whether you have preconceived ideas related to breastfeeding, or a previous unpleasant feeding journey, I will work closely with you to help overcome those challenges and reach your desired feeding goals. My purpose is to create an overall positive feeding experience by creating a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment for you and your infant.
About Me
My lactation journey began the way many do; as a first-time mom, navigating feeding challenges, tie revisions, and sleepless nights while trying to follow my intuition in a world full of noise. After weeks of breastfeeding struggles, I found a lactation consultant who held space for me, supported me with evidence-based care, and completely transformed my breastfeeding experience. That moment shifted everything. I knew I was meant to support families in this way.
I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) through the University of California San Diego and blended my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with years of experience as a Postpartum RN on the Mother Baby Unit and as a Baby Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
I bring together my nursing expertise and holistic lactation support to create care that feels grounded, intuitive, and deeply nurturing. My approach honors the mother-baby bond and the natural instincts already within you. My mission is to ensure you feel seen, supported, and truly held so your feeding journey feels connected, confident, and uniquely yours.
Insurance Coverage
I'm contracted with multiple insurance companies that provide you with FREE lactation visits; including prenatal, postpartum, and beyond! Coverage includes office, home, and virtual appointments. If your insurance company does not work with one of our contracted carriers, a detailed Superbill (an itemized receipt) will be provided at the end of your session for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
